Do you offer free shipping ?

Our current processing time is 1-5 business day.

How can I track my order ?

I didn’t get a order Confirmation/Shipping email?

Please always check your spam or promoted folders. If it’s not there, please check your e-mail address was added correctly. After all contact us below with the full name on the order and date it was placed and we will look into that for you.

How do I use the products ?

Are the cookie cutters food contact safe and in general safe ?

Yes, our cutters and stamps are made from PLA+ plastic which is derived from renewable resources and is 100% Biodegradable. You can bake with confidence knowing that our products are food contact safe.

How do I clean my cookie cutters and stamps ?

Our products are not dishwasher safe, please hand wash in lukewarm soapy water with a soft bottle brush. Do not soak. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C as this can damage the product. Store in a cool, dry place. For any dough stuck in the cutter, use a little brush to gently brush it off. Wash all cutters before first use.

Do you do custom or personalised stamps and cutters ?

Yes, we can support with any customized design as well. Please reach out to us at hello@moos3d.com, and we’ll be delighted to help!

I would like to return or replace my order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Used items will be rejected, and refunds will not be processed. If you need to return your order, please email us at hello@moos3d.com .

Delivery lost or damages:

  • Damaged Items: Please send us email us with good quality photos of the damaged packaging and item. Once responsibility is provided by the delivery company we can offer a replacement or a refund.

  • Lost Parcels: If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 calendar days after the expected delivery date, write us. We will assist to forwarding the issue to the shipping company.

Returns for customized item is only applicable when damaged during shipment. We are not able to offer a replacement or refund when you changed your mind regarding the design.
